I am driven by a curiosity to understand human performance.
My journey started at school, where I experienced chronic tendentious within both my legs. I started down this path trying to uncover why I was injured, and peers were not. I have been down numerous rabbit holes to build myself and my clients a better, more effective body. To this end I have studied a MSc in Strength and Conditioning, BSc in Sports, Coaching and Physical Education, a Personal Trainer level 3 certification and hold several Functional Range Systems certifications, and I am still learning.
I want to share what I learn and continue to learn as I peruse the topic of human performance.
This stemmed the creation of ‘Build Health and Performance’.
